Ok, so that’s pretty obvious, right.  It’s even more apparent because we still don’t have windows in the addition and they’ve begun to break through into the house–beginning with the kids’ bathroom and a portion of our bedroom roof. Actually, these weren’t planned, but happy accidents of a sort. We will redo the kids’ bathroom after all. But, I digress. They’ve covered the holes with plywood and tyvek, but it has been getting very cold, especially at night. So cold, in fact, that showering is out of the question. The better point has been a bath, huddled under the water, watching the steam rise from the 98 degree water to the 50 degree air… sorta like an unplanned outdoor hot tub. Cold, cold, cold. Hopefully that will change by the end of the week, as its still fun feeling like we’re camping out. But, that could get old fast.
