Thursday, Mike and I ran what I shall call the Franklin-Holbrook-Metropark-Bentleyville Route, about 7 miles, in about 65-66 minutes. I felt out of it for the first two-thirds, out of breath to the point it seemed like I was coming down with a cold. We finished strong up Bentleyville, though.
