Conservatives *are* activists

by Mark Tebeau | July 16th, 2009

Empirically, conservative dominated supreme courts are “activists,” even more than so-called liberal courts. Once again, rhetoric meets reality, and conservative claims hold little water. All of which reinforces my sense that conservatives dislike academic research because it exposes their hypocrisy and disingenuous rhetoric. Better to have ill-educated followers of radio and tv bloviators whose claim to fame is shouting and name-calling.
